Experience

  • Acting on behalf of the defendant/cross-claimant in a sensitive matter that involved seven personal injury claims arising from a major motor vehicle accident involving three infants after alighting a school bus. She successfully obtained a verdict against the bus company resulting in a significant recovery for her client.
  • Acting on behalf of a defendant/cross-claimant in a multi-defendant claim that arose from an unsafe system of work. Although the plaintiff and workers compensation insurer alleged the plaintiff was a contractor, she successfully negotiated a settlement with significant contribution made by the other defendant and the workers compensation insurer.
  • Acting in relation to claims outside the NSW jurisdiction, including other states within Australia and abroad.
